Use of the platform
- You must be 13 years or older to create an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting unauthorised access, posting false information, or violating any applicable laws.
User content
When you submit listing details, event details or photos, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display that content on the platform. You retain ownership of your content. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe any third-party rights.
Business and event listings
Business and event listings are submitted by business owners and event organisers. BreamBay.nz does not warrant the accuracy of listing information and is not responsible for any bookings, purchases or arrangements made with, or attendance at events run by, listed businesses or organisers. Listings are reviewed before publishing, but inclusion on BreamBay.nz is not an endorsement.
Limitation of liability
BreamBay.nz is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
