What data we hold
If you have created a BreamBay.nz account, we may hold the following information about you:
- Email address and account credentials
- Business and event listings you have submitted
- Messages sent through the contact form
- Login and activity logs
How to request deletion
To request deletion of your account and all associated personal data, get in touch via our contact page, with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm once complete.
What happens after deletion
- Your account and login credentials will be permanently removed.
- Business and event listings you own will be removed or unpublished.
- Some records may be retained where required by New Zealand law (for example, financial records tied to a transaction), but will be anonymised where possible.
