Marsden Yacht & Boat Club
Established in 1974, Marsden Yacht & Boat Club is a welcoming sailing and boating club located on the waterfront at One Tree Point, overlooking Bream Bay. The club has been part of the local maritime community for over 50 years, originally sailing from Marsden Point before securing its current site through a Whangārei District Council lease.
The club features a prime waterfront location beside the boat ramp on One Tree Point Road, a sheltered waterfront deck overlooking the sea, and an on-site bar ideal for social gatherings. Club rooms are available for private hire, with flexible function capacity suitable for approximately 70–100 people depending on seating and room configuration.
